Installation
. Before installation, check whether the water pump and motor are in good condition
. The pump should be installed as close to the water source as possible
. There are two ways to install the pump and the base. It is a rigid connection directly installed on the cement foundation. The other is a flexible connection installed with a D-type shock absorber. The specific method is shown in the installation diagram
. For direct installation, the pump can be placed on the foundation to increase the height - mm ( Prepare for filling cement mortar). Then calibrate and wear the anchor bolts and fill them with cement mortar. After the cement dries for ~ days, recalibrate and tighten the nuts of the anchor bolts after the cement dries completely
. Install pipelines?? The water outlet pipelines should have their own supports and the flange of the pump should not bear excessive pipeline weight
. When the pump is used in situations with suction, the end of the water inlet pipe should be equipped with a bottom trap. And the inlet and outlet pipelines There should not be too many bends. At the same time, there should be no water leakage or air leakage. It is best to install a filter on the inlet pipe to prevent impurities from entering the inside of the impeller.
